Services
Our main goal is to keep your pet healthy & happy until your return. We can talk about other needs during the initial free in home consultation if they are not listed here. Since pets come in various forms we provide care for all species of animals.
Professional In Home Pet Sitting
Daily visits, midday walks or potty breaks, vacation care, and weekly care/weekday care.
Able to walk dogs that are leash trained & will not try to pull.
Able to do overnights in non-smoking households ONLY for pets needing medical care.
Sorry, not able to accept same day service requests. Emergency cases only exception & only if there is an opening that day.
Pet Sitting with Medical Nursing Services
Diabetics, cardiac pets,renal insufficiency pets, epileptics, geriatric care, vacation/weekday care and option of overnight care. After surgery care, rehabilitation, medicine administration, subcutaneous fluids, injections & oral medications.
Other Services
Newspaper and mail pick up, trash take out, and watering plants.

We serve Greater Boerne and surrounding areas including Fair Oaks Ranch, Coveney Ranch, Cordillera Ranch, Menger Springs, and Tapatio Springs. Area codes 78006, 78015 & 78013.
Prices
Payment Policy
Payment must be made in full and is due on the first day of service. Cash is preferred and greatly appreciated. If paying by check please make it out to Denise Beresky.. Payment amount is determined & agreed to by everyone present during the initial free in home consultation.
Daily Visits
$25 - $40 PER VISIT. Factors affecting pricing include distance of travel, number and types of pets, and services requested. The final price will be agreed upon during the initial free in home consultation.
Overnight Price for Pets Needing Medical Services
$125 for a day and overnight.
Holiday Prices
Holidays include: Easter Day, day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
$5 additional per visit for daily visits.
$20 additional per day for overnight.
Keys
Should you choose to have your key returned a $20 total key pickup/drop off charge will be applied to each future visit.
Initial Free In Home Consultation
The initial free in home consultation is to get to meet one another and your pets. At this time vital information will be recorded by me to insure proper care of your pets. Rates involved for such care will also be agreed upon. Any future booked visits do not require a consultation. If there are a few changes to your pets' routine we can talk about them via email, text or call. If you request another in home consultation it will be regarded as a visit and cost $20.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen that cause plans to change. Once we have scheduled and confirmed your appointment, a fee will apply for cancellations to compensate for time set aside for your appointments.
Before 3 days of scheduled services.
Cancellations may be made up to 3 days in advance of your scheduled service without charge.
Less than 3 days
Cancellations made with less than 3 days of the beginning of requested pet services will incur a fee of 25% of the total service.
Within 24 hours of Services
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled services will be charged full price for the first 24 hours of visits, then 50% for the remaining visits.
Early Returns
Once we have scheduled, confirmed, and begun your pet sitting appointments, any remaining visits due to early return cancellations must be paid in full.Those time slots could have been reserved by someone else if they had been available. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
