We met Denise after moving to the Boerne area in 2013. One of our Huskies was diagnosed with an aggressive form of epilepsy shortly before our move.
We had given up on being able to leave her alone for any length of time as we were trying to figure out a way to control the seizures with medication.
Since we own a small business this was quite an issue.
I was referred to Denise by my veterinarian. After meeting with Denise and talking to her about her vast medical veterinarian experience I felt comfortable with leaving our pup with her.
Years later, Denise has become part of our family and we completely trust her with all of our dogs. She is a caring and extremely dependable person; we are so blessed to know her!

We’ve known Denise for about 5 years now & we are fortunate to have found her. One of our dog’s is diabetic & it is such a comfort to know that he is under Denise’s care. Due to his medical condition she provides overnight stays as a part of her service, which is a tremendous plus! I trust her completely & I take great comfort to know that our dogs are able to stay in their normal environment & routine. She has extensive veterinary knowledge, as she is a registered vet tech. She clearly has a love of animals & they obviously lover her too. Take it from a constant worrier, Denise’s skills & compassion for our furry “babies” will put you at ease. If you have pet sitting needs - especially for pets with medical conditions - I highly recommend Denise Beresky. We are moving out of state and will sadly miss her and the terrific care she provided for our two westies over the last three years.
Leaving your pets, especially when they require daily medical needs, is quite stressful but knowing they were being cared for by Denise provided peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy the travel or focus on work without having to constantly check in.
I know what terrific service looks like and Denise delivers. She is available to stay overnight or simply provide daily medical attention while you are at work or out for the day.
Do not leave your pet's care to an amateur. She is a trained Vet Tech and knows just about all of the vet's (and ophthalmologists) in the area. #trusted

Denise does a great job caring for our dogs. I've used about every means of pet care in my 27+ years of owning dogs. Kennels, neighborhood kids, family/friends favor...you name it. In the end for me, the best thing for the dog is to be in their own environment where they are most comfortable and content. Having a responsible person who genuinely loves animals and has a background in vet care gives you a peace of mind when you're away. Her maturity and responsible nature gives you confidence the house will be properly locked up after each visit. The best I can say is no matter how long I am away, I return to calm relaxed dogs that seem as though they didn't even know I was gone. The peace of mind, level of care, responsible service is worth investing in Denise.

My sweet cat Buster is lucky to have Denise watch over him when we are gone. Even though he hides and is scared Denise makes sure he is loved and cared for. Denise took care of our late cat Sasha with twice daily insulin injections and helped Sasha live a longer, happier life. I will be forever grateful for her wonderful care. I can't imagine anyone else coming into my home and caring for my pets.
